Heathrow T123 Ticket Office location?

Hi all,

I'm flying into Heathrow T2 tomorrow afternoon. Can anybody tell me where the Heathrow Express ticket office is located? I require to buy a PRV fare to Aylesbury.

Do they sell through tickets? I'm sure someone had difficulty buying one before from a Hx booking office.

As far as I know, they only sell their own tickets.

Problem here is that HEX are not "National Rail". The best he will be able to get is a PRV to Paddington on HEX then he will have to rebook at Paddington.

No.

The National Rail ticket collection machines are in the airport terminals rather than at the Tube stations, and are a relatively new (within the last year or so) addition at Heathrow. And I think are much appreciated by many travellers.

How does that fit in with impartial retailing rules? I thought if you managed a station your ticket office had to sell all tickets?

It's a private enterprise and not subject to a government franchise in the same way other National Rail TOCs are.

They are not part of National Rail (have their own Conditions of Carriage, for example).
