Browsing around the wonderful world of the internet, I stumbled across this;

Plans are developing for another new freight flow to operate over the Sea Wall, to be operated by Colas, transporting timber from the Heathfield Branch (Newton Abbot). More information will be uploaded when confirmed.

The website and news section has been updated several times this month, so it appears to be recent news, but it is a brief reference and doesn't go into too much detail about what may be involved.

Anyone else have any more info?
