Hearing Test for Hearing Aid Wearers

Hi all.

Anybody on here know how/if hearing Tests for Train Drivers differ for (Behind The Ear) Hearing Aid wearers relative to non Hearing Aid wearers?
Would be very interested to hear about anybody's experience with BUPA (London)...
