Hayes Unadvertised Express Trains

I just noticed these peculiar workings scheduled for next week:

1K80 2339 Hayes (Kent) to Lewisham
1K82 0009 Hayes (Kent) to London Charing Cross
1K84 0041 Hayes (Kent) to London Charing Cross

All run non-stop and are marked "unadvertised express". So are these for passenger use, staff trains or empty stock?

They used to be ECS from Hayes but as there are no staff at Hayes to wake up the drunks, kick them off & lock up the train-often causing delays, it now runs in service back to Lewisham where it is staffed and they do the drunk tank lock out.
