The indicated stop is actually at the old railway station, now part of the Dales Museum established in the station, former goods shed and a new(ish) building. Hawes market place is at the other end of this delightful little town, some 5-8 minutes walk away!

Well perhaps they will get a rail service again in the not too distant future as the Wensleydale Railway want to extend that way towards Garsdale. So it could be possible.
Infact I did go to Hawes using the Wensleydale a few years ago, there was a vintage bus service that connected at Redmire. Agree it is a nice little town, with good cheese and pubs.
