Has my train cancelled or removed from the timetable?

I want to take the 07:55 train from Cricklewood to London but it doesn't appear in National Rail Enquiries nor in Thameslink app. However, it appears in SWR app as delayed. However, it shows in Network Rail data as cancelled due to unknown reason (RX). A few screenshots are attached for reference from National Rail Enquiries, SWR, Thameslink, Realtime Trains and timetablehistory.com.

Does this train still exist in the timetable for Delay Repay purpose?

You may have discovered by now that all early morning trains through WHD were cancelled. I would think it likely that these were real last minute issues and therefore eligible for delay repay based on your revised arrival at Balcombe(?) or a full refund if you did not make the journey.

Is it not because of the industrial action yesterday, so services are starting later than normally scheduled to?

These services still exist in the strike timetable published a few days ago.

Anyway, the question is theoretical as I have made alternative arrangement (skipped the affected section) and arrived Balcombe on time.
