Harrow and Wealdstone, Friday 13th March, 2009

I was at Harrow and Wealdstone on 13/03/09 and at approximately 08.20 a train went north without stopping on platform 5. It was headed and tailed by a pair of 67's, and had old style coaches (not sure what type).

Does anybody know what it was? Thanks.

How many coaches are we talking? and were they NWR yellow? The reason I'm wondering is it could have been the Track Recording Train

It certainly wasn't the track recording train. Some of the coaches were the traditional blue and white colour.

It was 67028 and 67030 top & tail on 1Z58 0805 Euston to Cheltenham. Stock was mostly blue & cream Mk2s with the odd "blood & custard" one thrown in for good measure!
