actually the city college is on the site of Kings Rd, the SR line east of St Budeaux was closed 1964, so this would be Beeching, Kings Rd remained open for freight until 1971.
If its still standing, about the only obvious surviving structure would be the viaduct at Weston Mill.
It doesn't help the issue of interchange to have separate names for the 2 stations
