50008 has been at Nemesis Burton since 9th March, I've not seen any updates on repairs as yet and just a couple of pictures have appeared on Flickr showing it outside in a line of various other locos, reference to it in respect of the UK Railtours 'The West Midlands Deviator' has been removed from the UKR website

What's 31128 going to be dragging into Derby on 6Z34, do you know? Might go and catch it later if it's anything good.

Also reported elsewhere that 50008 has simply been stored at Nemesis since its arrival on 9th March, no remedial work has taken place

Verbal News from H&H that founder and former Managing Director Jason Hall has stepped down from operational, executive and board duties as of 16th July, after a short break he will take up an advisory role while concentrating on his new business Real Loco Leasing Ltd, Paul Willerton will continue in his role as Managing Director, Jason Hall is still currently listed as a person with significant control, I'm not aware of this information having been announced officially so will need clarifying at some stage
