Halifax to Guiseley

Hi all. First time poster here - more of a lurker. I'm trying to plan the above route and National Rail is giving me the option of changing in Bradford - getting off at Bradford interchange and then walking to Bradford Forster Square. As I am not familiar with the area, are the 2 stations easily reachable from each other? Thanks in advance

It's about a 10 minute walk. The quickest i've done it is about 6 minutes (with some serious leg ache afterwards).

Your first train will almost certainly be going through to Leeds. You could change there for a train to Guiseley.

The route between the two Bradfords is well signposted and depending on which train you take, could make for a quicker interchange than carrying on to Leeds.
