I’ve seen a couple of posts on various sites where people reference platform 3 at Halifax being brought back into temporary use for a few months in the 1980s. Can this be right? The track and signalling was all gone by the early 70s, or was it a temporary platform built out so that people could get on and off on the ‘wrong” side?
