Half a train of First Class? - EMR 222103

As far as I am aware, 222103 is the only train on the UK rail network that is half first class and half standard class. It is formed:
DMSO - Entirely Standard Class
MSRMB - Two Thirds Standard but includes shop
MCO - Two Thirds Standard and Third First Class
MFO - Entirely First Class
DMRFO - First Class but includes kitchen

I travelled on this today and as amazed to first this unit operating in this state especially with the shop! Surely one coach should be declassified?

EDIT: The very middle coach is actually entirely declassified. It has covered headrests, has lost its yellow first class bar on the exterior and station indicators show ‘standard’

I'd get in touch with EMR to clarify whether or not that should have been the case, because that sounds fishy to me.

They do, but many of the "standard class" branded antimacassars and standard window stickers in the declassified areas are missing now. Both 222103 and 222104 are in the same formation with the former MCO declassified as all standard class and about one third of the former MFO declassified too.

They're declassified roughly proportionally to the usual spacing on a standard 5 car 222, so about 1 and 1/3 coaches. They have stickers on the windows and in some cases the tables.

You can also identify the declassified seats by the red background on the seat number at top of the seat. The first class seats have a blue background.
