Hagley Hall - slight bump?

Has Hagley Hall on the SVR had a bit of a bumb? Anyone know what has occurred?

I have seen photos of it through the shutter doors at Bridgenorth(I think) tender first, I saw these on a friend's phone so can't provide, the rest of the information I saw is all rumour so not going to repeat it here.

The incident is currently being investigated to determine the exact causes. Fortunately no-one was injured.
The damage to 4930 is being determined (there was a set of buffer stops in front of those doors).

Our flagship locomotive 4930 Hagley Hall was involved in an incident at Bridgnorth motive power depot on the evening of Sunday 12 July.

Happily no one was injured in the incident and we're currently assessing the locomotive. We've begun a full investigation to establish exactly what happened and we can't comment further until that is complete. We've informed the Office of Rail and Road, the Rail Accident Investigation Branch and our insurers.

Once we know the extent of the damage to the locomotive and its tender we will commence repairs. As the damage is still to be fully determined, we cannot give a timescale for the locomotive's return to service and will post an update once we know more.

There are a couple of videos on YouTube of the loco being shunted at Bridgnorth, with plastic sheeting covering the nearside rear of the tender. The one I saw was on the Rail125 channel, but there may be others available.

Damage can't be too serious if it can run on its own wheels and be coupled to other rolling stock.
