H4 restriction code validity

Looking at the restriction text on BR fares for a Super Off Peak Day Return from Insch to Aberdeen it appears that the only restriction on the outward journey is that it cannot commence before 11:00.
Outward Travel & Return Travel​
Not valid at weekends.
Not valid Monday to Friday on trains timed to depart before 11:00.
Not valid Monday to Friday for boarding in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen or Inverness from 15:00 until 20:00.

Since this ticket is not available for online purchase I took the opportunity to enquire at a station about it. I was informed that it was only valid after 11:00 plus not between 15:00 and 20:00 on  both the Outward and Return journeys.
The NRE restriction code page doesn't support this.

Was I correctly advised or can this ticket be used on an Outward journey that commences after 15:00 ?

If the outward journey is from Insch rather than to Insch, then you are correct - there are no afternoon restrictions.

It is indeed outward  from Insch. The ticket office will be closed at my intended time of departure so I will have to see if the station TVM will sell this ticket or failing that if the guard on-board is willing/able to sell it.
