Hi anyone from GWR, or know if internal staff telephone interviews take place before external applicants.

Applied for a job. And I've heard a couple internal staff got there dates. But I've not heard anything yet.
Can anyone enlighten me on this process?

I've applied for two positions recently (internal) and didn't do a telephone interview. One went straight to managers interview, the other went straight to the required on-line assessments.

Possibly it depends on your current role and competencies??

I'm external. I know some staff (GWR)who applied for the same role have there interviews today.
I'm still waiting.
