I booked assistance and the wheelchair space for a Bristol Parkway to Didcot in October. The reserved space I've been given is E43. I thought that the wheelchair spaces usually ended 00 - should I ring and check they've reserved the wheelchair space?

Which train service is it? If it’s a new train it will be in Coach E of L I believe.

Thanks both, I'll phone and check - I hadn't thought of that!

I can't find a seating plan online for the new trains unfortunately.

If it's coach E it could be that you'll be in the DPTF of a class 800. That's Driving Pantograph Trailer First. So you've got yourself a free upgrade as the only wheelchair accessible accommodation on a 5 car 800 is in first class.
