GWR - What is a Service Delivery Assistant?

I was just wondering what a Service Delivery Assistant role actually is. I was looking to apply for a vacancy in Bristol. However there are so many job role titles, is this different to a Gateline assistant etc?

The vacancy mentions cleaning toilets and station areas and train dispatch seems really wide-ranging for a job role.
