GWR Train Manager Training Course Format

Can anyone share any information as to what format the TM training course takes?
-Roughly how much initial classroom based training then how much practical/on the job
Etc etc

From my understanding its 3 months classroom based followed by 3 months shadowing -before you go out on your own.

I was told it would be similar to above . Induction into the company followed by learning ‘rules ‘ . I’m in a talent pool waiting for a call. Hoping it’s sooner rather than later

From my understanding its 3 months classroom based followed by 3 months shadowing -before you go out on your own.

Local Depot Induction Day.
Company Introduction, probably a mixture of Swindon and Paddington.
PTS and Rules and Traction Training.
There is also at least 15 days of shadowing split into a 5 day block and a 10 day block.
Retail Course and Star Mobile course.
Route Learning with associated Route Briefs.
Ride over Assessments
And maybe a few other bits I’ve missed off.
