GWR Train Manager routes operated by base

Can anyone shed any light on routes that can be expected to be operated for different TM bases?
I’m in the middle of the application process for Paddington base (assessment centre is this week) but Reading has just come up on the vacancies page which is closer to where I live, does anyone have any experience of transferring the base that you’re applying for mid application?
Also what sort of differences are there between the two bases as far as work patterns/routes etc?
