GWR Touch cards seen to have an issue and I keep bringing waved through barriers. The ticket machines also can't see my topped up card at all.
Ticket office staff have suggested it's linked to the GWR website upgrade (everyone needs a new password, things being migrated between systems) but it has been the case since before this started and remains the case now.
Anyone in the know on what might be root cause?
