Hi guys. My wife and daughter have to travel Bsk - Oxf this morning. Looking at RTT the hourly Rdg Oxf is allocated a 2 car 165!!! Seems odd they couldn't have found something a bit longer with all the spare stock today. Is this going to be horrendous, should they just give up?

Likely to very busy as they are stopping services. I wouldn't bother today. Its down to driver availability and route knowledge before allocating rolling stock. Maybe its short platforms at intermediary stations.

Thanks mate. Will take a look at X40. they have tickets for a show in Oxford, so not travelling at all isnt really an option. Plan B is for me to drive them. Means me giving up my plans for the day though
