hi all

Recent applied for TM job at GWR and have a stage 2 assessment soon .

Do a few people usually get selected at stage 2 and talent pooled ? I’ve been reading some previous threads and I’m a little confused .

Yes people can get talent pooled as start dates are not always available immediately as you will have to wait course dates that are applicable to your depot, and also if people in the depot you applied for are awaiting other their start dates on other courses i.e. trainee drivers.
