GWR - Telephone interview or not?

Hi all,

Has anybody recently been involved with the recruitment process with GWR for 'front-line' roles? I'm under the impression they have done away with the telephone interview - can anybody perhaps confirm this?

Just completed the process with GWR, and yes it involves a Telephone interview. Its only about 15 mins and they ask the standard customer service themed questions.

Telephone interviews are part of the normal recruitement process at GWR, however for external applicants only. They have removed the need for telephone interviews for internal applicants.
