I'm familiar with the wheelchair space being in C00 (HST), E00, E43 (new trains), but my most recent journey has A04 booked, can anyone tell me what sort of stock this is?

I'm guessing that would be a 9 car IET as they do have standard wheelchair spaces, that is if standard is what you've booked.

Worcester Foregate Street to Oxford on a Sunday - could it be a refurbed Turbo, I haven't been on one of those for ages?

It could be, however most of the services towards Paddington on a Sunday look to be pathed for HST125's, so that could likely be either an HST or an 800. I highly doubt a Turbo could keep to the timings required for that.

I imagine it will be a nine carriage IET, they have a wheelchair space in Coach A.

Thanks both! It is odd I've never encountered it before, but I'm sure it'll work out - they can't always put me on the right carriage when there's such a long train due to WOF being a short platform.
