GWR Qualified Drivers

Good afternoon!

Since joining a large SE based TOC over 3 years ago, I’ve noticed that GWR have been advertising for some time for qualified drivers for their various depots in the South West. Is this an active recruitment campaign where they actually want drivers now for these depots or is it more of a talent pool or expression of interest thing? I’m looking at making the move down that way soon-ish so was just curious.

They are taking on qualified drivers. Over the last few months, I know that one GWR depot has taken on qualified drivers from SWR, Southeastern, Northern, DB Cargo and Freightliner.
