I find it is quite messy when trying to book cycle space on GWR services online, as when you successfully searched for a cycle space, you will also reserve that.
However the problem is, when having a group of 3 or 4 cycles on a 10-car Class 800, it is a nightmare as you would unsure whether there are full 3 or 4 spaces available.
It may easily end up, while booked 2 cycle space, you cannot book the remaining two. Ending up wasting the 2 cycle space booked (not cancellable to release the space).
While wouldn't GWR allow 4 cycle space booking at the first space, or just open a cycle space availability counter, just like the Advance ticket remaining number?
