Hi,completed an online assessment yesterday (customer service),how long before I know result?its says you have completed it on my profile page but no result.also I have already passed one about a month ago and I thought it was valid for 6mnths.i rang to check before doing the online test but they said I had to do it as it had changed.it was a little trickier too..

Hello. When I applied for a Train Manager about 2 months ago, they only took 5 days to get back to me- i imagine it will be very similar for you. You won't know the actual result of your online assessment as such but you can assume that if you get through to the telephone interview/assessment stage, you have done at least reasonably well.

With GWR if you fail any part of the interview process for any job, you must go back to the beginning and start all over again for the new job; no carrying over passed bits.

Are you applying to conductor and TM for the same location?

Had an email after 30mins or so to say passed telephone interview.

Still waiting to hear back,applied TM and conductor at same station and conductor at another.to of which are for pools.from what I can gather they are waiting to see which current Tm,s/conductors are successful for driver jobs.i also found out yesterday that I passed the online assessment.

How did anyone do with their assessments mentioned above? Think I might have an assessment day coming up soon so trying to prepare myself as best as possible.

Is it correct that if role play/group work goes well, the face to face interview follows the same day whilst your there or do you have to come away and then go back for interview on a different day?
