Good evening,

I am contemplating jumping ship from my career of 13 years with a well known Airline where I am a manager, earning circa £39k with £5k bonus (varies per year), to a role at GWR (if I get it) that is about £42k ish.

I was just wondering if I could ask a few questions to people who may currently work at GWR.

How many days annual leave do you get?
Is there a profit-share or performance related bonus each year?
Other than free travel on GWR & 75% off other TOC’s - what other staff benefits are there?
As a company - what’s your views on being an employee?

Many thanks for your thoughts...

:)

25 days
Don't think so
Some travel on other First TOCs (quota) plus a load of things not specific to First (e.g. discount gym membership or some such that doesn't interest that many people)
As good as any!
