Congrats! I don’t think the letter is anything other than an old template the more I think about it. The stuff in the welcome pack you have to fill in only takes in to account some of what the letter mentions for example no uniform order - presumably because that was done at medical anyway? And nothing about payroll stuff (because that’s done on day one?).
