GWR interview is same for Avanti -crosscountry

I had questioned by GWR officer last november due to not having railcard with me.
I didnt have available railcard but I haven't realised I did several journey like this.
I still waiting letter to settle without court recently they said there is a report but not a case now.
I wonder,
GWR took me responsible all journeys or just theirs?
Avanti and Crosscountry I used for my travels

They are entitled to look at your entire ticketing history regardless of which train company you traveled with.

Whether they will or not is up to them at this point.

I havent got any letter for over a 6 months.
Recently sent an email and they replied as

I didnot get any letter from GRW and I dont live in UK anymore . i sent an email to them and got a rely as above.

Yes but I want to ask here GWR is belong who ? When they go to history of purchase does it matter train company or they dont care

Train companies have agreements where they can act for each other. GWR have taken on your case.
