They are still in regular service. Just to take a sample from today, here are the departures from Taunton towards Cardiff—all of the services listed as 4 carriages long are highly likely to be a Castle HST.

Or even those labelled "GWR Castle Class" ;)

Looks like there is GWR HST workings via Bath, Westbury and Castle Cary this week

eg 2C37 Bristol - Penzance, which comes up as pathed as High Speed Train at 125mph to Taunton, then diesel loco trailing 43 tonnes at 110mph

Thats effectively the 0800 Cardiff-Penzance starting forward from Bristol and diverted via Westbury. I‘m guessing there is an engineering block somewhere between Bristol and Taunton this week? The use of standard HST timings via the diversion is probably because 2+4 HST timings don’t exist for that route.

The timing on from Taunton are even more interestingly described!

????

They are all described as diesel loco 43 t load. (with/without 110mph qualifier) as mentioned in post #5
This a fairly normal way of describing a 2+4 HST.

Although technically a 2+4 HST is 100mph max, so I suspect thats a data error in the way the underlying timing load has been set up.
