GWR Gloucester - Driver Shift Pattern

Can anybody tell me the shift pattern for drivers at GWR Gloucester depot? What is the depot like? Is there link work and if so is the work vastly different? Earliest start/latest finish etc?
Also, is there opportunity for permanent earlies/lates and job share?
Basically, and I know this is subjective, is it a good depot to work at?

I know a Southern driver who moved to Gloucester a few years ago, FWIW he seemed happy with it compared to the south London metro work he was doing before he left.
