GWR Driver Talent Pool DMI

Hi all, Can you help? Both myself and a colleague have got through all of the assessment centre phases for a driver talent pool with GWR but we have both failed to get through the final interview. I'm not sure where we went wrong, as we both thought we'd answered the questions fairly strongly. We've been assured they will readvertise and we can reapply in 6 months. Can anyone offer any specific tips or advice please?

When was your DMI, and did GWR provide any feedback at all?

I had it back in mid March and was told last week I didn't get through. Ive asked for feedback and they said it'll take around 4-6 weeks. My friend had his interview and was told 4 days later... really quickly...
