Has anyone had any success getting any money out of GWR lately? I put a claim in straight after a delayed journey in mid-March and I've still not received anything other than the initial email acknowledgement. I know they warn that there is a bit of a backlog, but nearly three months??!!

Try Tweeing, there are many similar enquiries being sent in and the team appear to be able to find an individual claim and give an indication of timelines.
