GWR Conductor assessment day - help!!

Hey all, just a quick one.

I’m really puzzled & stressing out about this one question I was asked last time in my assessment that I messed up badly... it was similar to this:

- Give an example of a time where I’ve completed a task and safety was a concern/priority

I don’t have any examples! That I know of...? What would I say?
