GWR Class 166 Cardiff - Taunton

I noticed a 166 found itself in Cardiff on a Taunton working a few days ago. I didn't see it myself but I've seen pictures online. Does anyone know if these are booked workings or if they're just interchangeable with the existing 15x diagrams on this route? It'd be great to catch one in service, but would be a lot easier if I knew when they were running, or if they might just turn up at any time.

At the moment they are running to Cardiff ad hoc as any diagrams to Cardiff haven't started yet. Anything that does go runs with Class 9 Headcode.
