According to the GWR weekly update - there are late notice changes to local services from Cardiff, with a shuttle to/from Bristol instead of the Portsmouth Harbour services and that the times online are now incorrect.

But I can't see anywhere a revised timetable? Or do I have to wait for the systems to be updated - when would this be?

As it is a new late item, it's possible that plans are still being worked on and timings still being prepared and cannot be published until ratified by Network Rail

At the moment, all Sunday services are running as normal to Portsmouth on Real Time Trains, including the 1008, 1208 and 1635 departures from Cardiff which would normally go to Brighton (hence their 1Oxx headcode instead of 1Fxx).

Big late notice changes Sunday. Rail defect in Patchway tunnel with 5mph TSR causing loads of delays will be repaired. Up line through tunnel shut with limited paths over down line. Up and down trains SWA/CDF- PAD and vv diverted and run via GCR not calling. Some PAD-BRI extended to end BPW and vv. Some shuttles BRI- BPW and vv. CDF-PMH and vv run through SLW.

Most journeys should now be available on RealTimeTrains. In summary:

CDF - BRI shuttles, with single line working around the defect at Patchway.
PHM - CDF services will terminate short at BRI.
SWA - PAD services divert via Lidney and Kemble non stop.
