GWR Assesment Day- What's the format?

Evening all,

Been invited to attend an assessment centre for Trainee Driver with GWR in a few weeks- the invite email states we'll be sitting both parts of the assessment (both paper and computer) however the day is an afternoon session so I'm curious as to whether the 'computer' exercises come at a later date with the MMI, or whether we will actually be required to complete stages 1 and 2 on the day?

There’s loads of specific info on the forum. However, since it’s only an afternoon session it’s unlikely you’ll sit both stages, more likely only the written assessments. I’ve not done any with GWR but I know others here have, so may be able to advise further.

They really need to update the email they send people as it is confusing! If this is your invite for stage 1 and you have not completed any assessment day before then it will be the paper tests only. Especially as it is only half a day.
Should you be successful then you will be invited to attend stage 2, which are the computerised tests and MMI.
