Does anyone know why GWR are not releasing tickets down to Cornwall between Wednesday 9 August until Monday 14 August inclusive

Appears to coincide with Boardmasters. Maybe they haven't finalised their timetable changes for this period, or they have chosen not to release advance fares.

Boardmasters is on around then, and at the time of Boardmasters, Glastonbury, matches in the Principality Stadium etc. GWR often does not offer advance tickets at all, as those travelling are price-insensitive and will Pay walk-up fares. It's also more operationally desirable to run services on a turn up and go basis rather than time-specific, with a queueing zone in the platform 8-9 area at Paddington.
