Owing to a signal failure trains from Hayes and Harlington are running non stop, missing out booked calls at Southall, Hanwell, West Ealing, Ealing Broadway and Acton Main Line. They are still, however, using the up slow line and running at line speed. Trains in the opposite direction and on the fast lines are running as normal.

What kind of signal failure prevents station calls but still allows the trains to run non stop through the affected stations?

Reduced capacity. All trains having to run on the Relief lines vice the Main lines causes congestion to all GWR fast services if they get caught behind stopping TfL services. The agreed contingency appears to normally just cancelthe Hayes services, so odd they didn't do this, but perhaps it was believed to be short-lived.

Yes sorry, meant the Heathrow T4 services.
