I get the feeling there is a slight trick here and that it is a Delener coupling adapter, quited possibly on a 73/2 (possibly 73201/2, I can't remember which one is still based at Stewarts Lane)
Open floor if I'm right.

Some form of gronk then, 09? If so, probably 09026. I'm sure it's not a permanent fitting.
