Its too grainy to properly tell if its an exhaust and turbo (hence 170 would have been my best guess too) or an electrical flex, or an exhaust pipe..

Doesn't help that EMUs are rare up this neck of the woods.

It is a very similar cab layout to a 455 so I imagine something from the late 1980s would be right.

I'd say it looks like a dellner, and knowing OxtedL it's probably got something to do with the Oxted line
