Assuming its a unit, the widnows suggest it is not a suburban door layout.
That rules out Pressed Steel units, Chiltern units (that's if any made it into NSE), VEPs, EPBs ,310s and 312s (unless I'm getting muddled). I don't think it is mark 1 based.
The sides don't look entirely flat, ruling out the mark one units. LHCS did not have t he angled stripes. 101?
