Nope, not 142 or OTM. It really is a type of multiple unit train currently in operation somewhere in the British Isles.

It is the cab of something as seen through an open door, maybe even an open gangway end door. Looks like a T key on the desk or maybe a power controller. The desk looks like it may be a Desiro type desk, I'm going for Class 185.
