White with a slight grey stripe. That says Greater Anglia to me. The EMUs they operate 317s, 321s, 360s and 379s. 360s are in full blue and 379s don't have the stripe at the bottom. That's my thought process.

That's good logic, except that Anglia isn't the only TOC which has light grey below the white...

That's probably because sightings of Southern trains in service are very rare!

It is indeed, seen at the junction near Streatham from an Epsom to Victoria service that was waiting on the incline for it to pass.
