Some early Mk 2 vehicles had that style of lighting button as well.

There's a few still mainline listed; I'll go for a Mk 2 numbered between 5157 and 5487.

Nice one Peter, it's a Mk2 from the DRS Cumbrian Coast loco hauled sets. I'm not sure of its number, I don't record coaches.

Ah.... I didn't realise the aircon versions had the same style of button plate...

Well, anyway... here's the next one.

There is nothing in the rules that prevent me from using a black and white picture to avoid any livery based clues making it too easy, even so I don't expect it will last very long.

Aside from the obvious that it's a third rail unit - what class is this?

It's one of the Networker family judging from the style of the luggage racks; you have cropped the photo to hide the tops of the windows so I will say a Chiltern 165.

I'm scraping the barrel a bit regarding pictures now so see what you make of this one, I must point out that this particular example is not any longer passed for Network Rail mainline operation.

I'm wondering if that's the blanked off bit on the front of an 87?

It looks a bit post-apocalyptic, like Mad Max got hold of an 87. Did you take that Mr Bridge? It's somewhat cool.
I haven't got any photos left really. What's this and for a bonus point where?

I think that's a mk3 loco hauled coach rather than a HST trailer, the giveaway is the wood effect table top, so I'm guessing you were onboard that summer Saturday GWR Par-Exeter-Par service, and the view seems very much like that looking from the GWR mainline over the Exe estuary towards Topsham, Exmouth etc.?

That really is very good. I think you should go into private investigation work. Every detail is correct. Here's our lads enjoying the ambience.
Over to you.

The boys look really happy there travelling on a proper train that is whisper quiet internally with all that space and luxury, rather than today's norm of cramped standard or economy class Voyagers, Pendolino's, Airbus 319s/Boeing 737s etc.

Speaking of interiors here's another one...

I'm going to be away from a PC for quite a while now, so I'll leave the floor open.

It is an MPV to some extent, but does anyone know which type?
It does not de ice or blow leaves
Ash can have the floor but for bonus points if you can identify its type
