Sorry a challenge I was at work today so no bashing
In fact me finding the toilet was referring to finding the toilet photo and bears no resemblance to the photo in question other than the toilet �� photo.
I have removed from my original post "bear with me while I find the toilet" as this is misleading.
A clue however, this unit was probably NOT in use anywhere on the network at 2pm <-- big giveaway

Yes it is a 442 congratulations
(most of the toilets are in interior videos on my channel in the signature)
The 442s currently work a limited service on ebn to lbg services morning and evening. Despite being very limited now they are still officially in service
