Not a DVT either.

Phew!

Erm, Mr Bridge?

I know that we can use other people’s photos (as long as we credit them - according to the rules), but it seems to have become a matter of principle that we only use our own photos since this has started... I am getting seriously low on photos though. I’m going to have to go somewhere exotic soon (like Lancashire) to take some photos that aren’t easily traceable to Exeter...;)

Class 455 Superalbs?

Afraid not.

Would it help if I said it's not a Mk3 based unit?

Ok fair enough Mr Cowley, perhaps it should be a case of forget 1st gen dmus on a heritage line and instead spend a day on the local Northern network around Greater Manchester? ;)

I'm going to take a guess at class 317, maybe an Anglia version?

As it's a DMU, but not Mk.3 based, I'll say Class 156, the ridges on the roof are the same.

Last guess.... Class 175? If it ain't, I'm totally stumped...

How about a class 222 superalbs?

Unfortunately not...let's sum up what we know.

It's a non-Mk3 DMU, and now a new hint, they can be found all over the UK.

As it's a DMU, but not Mk.3 based, I'll say Class 156, the ridges on the roof are the same.

Oh, you got it as I was typing out the next hint.

Well done!

Your turn, RJ21.

Taken at Dumfries, but a little wetter than the last time I was there.

Here's the next one.
