Here, you have to describe a TOC, by saying its most northerley and southerley (or east and west if it's fatter) and nothing else <D
Rules edited - you can describe any TOC in any way, not just by N/S/W/E

Yep. Because there aren't any TOCs (to my knowledge) that terminate at Plymouth and Inverness.
