Perhaps East Worthing?

They're all the same, not much to go on...

Maybe Southbourne, actually. Hmmm.

I see Ivo's thought the same thing.

I reckon, from the positioning of the signal, that there is a level crossing behind Sellis. Berwick?

Berwick is semaphores IIRC. And a bit curvy.

It is Southbourne, Ivo got there first :)

There is indeed a Level Crossing behind the photographer (alas, it isn't me, its from Stations Made Easy) - not been there myself yet but hopefully will soon :)

Not bad, considering I've only been through it three times and then all at night :p

I recognised it as seemingly having nothing but trees on the eastbound platform, and no obvious facilities either, which seemed a bit odd for the area, especially considering the built-up nature of the other side.

Well, you've narrowed it down to less than 200 with those helpful clues... ;)

South Gyle?

Neither. Track Basher - remember, ten characters minimum.

I have to say that I'm not sure who is nearer; that should serve as a clue.

I hadn't actually noticed that  (I knew it was obvious to go towards Belfast and not towards Carrickfergus though.)

Of course, Whiteabbey is correct.
